Breakfast- Pear and Apple Couscous

Serves: 8
2 cups fat free milk
2 cups dry couscous
¼ cup almonds, slivered
1/3 cup fresh pears, peeled and chopped
1/3 cup fresh apples, peeled and chopped
2 Tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions:
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, honey and cinnamon.
As soon as it comes to a boil, stir in the couscous.
Turn off the heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
Stir in the pears, apples, and almonds.
Serve warm.
